How to set it up

Open Online Store, Themes, Customize.

Add "Volume pricing table" to the product template and "Spend tiers progress" to the cart.

Questions
Do I need to edit theme code?
No. The blocks are a Shopify theme app extension: you add, move and style them in the theme editor.
Which discount does a block show?
Each block has a "Discount to show" setting. Left empty, it picks a sensible default: the spend blocks show the active whole-order spend discount worth the most at the current cart total, the volume table shows the applicable volume discount whose first tier is easiest to reach.
Will a block advertise a discount a customer cannot use?
No. Eligibility conditions such as customer tags or first order only are checked in the theme too, so the block only shows to customers who qualify.
