Terms of Service

These terms apply when you install and use diex - Discount Expert ("diex", "the app"), a Shopify app made by Creative Array ("we", "us"). By installing the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install the app, or uninstall it.
1. The service
diex lets you create and manage discounts on your Shopify store, including volume discounts, variable discounts, spend tiers, bulk discount codes, customer eligibility rules and storefront theme blocks. Discounts are applied by Shopify, using the configuration you set in the app.
2. Your account and store
You use diex through your Shopify store. You are responsible for the discounts you create, their values, dates, limits and eligibility, and for checking that a discount behaves as you intend before you promote it. Shopify's own terms continue to apply to your store.
3. Billing
The app is billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, at the price shown on the Shopify App Store listing when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app. Refunds, where offered, are handled through Shopify.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use diex to break the law, to break Shopify's terms, or to interfere with the app or other merchants' use of it.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep diex available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. We will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.
6. Liability
diex is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost sales, including losses from a discount configured differently from what you intended. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.
7. Ending
You can stop using diex at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Discounts that depend on the app stop applying when it is uninstalled.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
