Timeline and comments

Keep notes on a discount for your team with the timeline on each discount page.

Each diex discount page has a timeline. Use Leave a comment to note why a discount exists, who asked for it, or what changed, so the next person on your team does not have to guess.

Only you and other staff using diex can see comments. Customers never see them.

Ideas for what to write

  • The campaign or partner the discount belongs to.
  • Why a value or date changed.
  • What to check before the discount is reused next season.
